###  Biography
    
I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Bioinformatics and Computational at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. I received my Ph.D degree in both [Bioinformatics](https://school.wakehealth.edu/research/institutes-and-centers/center-for-biomedical-informatics) from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and [Mathematics](http://math.english.bnu.edu.cn/) from Beijing Normal University in 2017.
### Research Interests
• Algorithm and method development for integrative analysis of biological big data
o Artificial intelligence and deep learning on heterogeneous data
o Network-based algorithms for prognostic biomarker discovery
o Latent space data projection for comparative and functional analysis
o Cloud computing, GPU computing, and parallel programming for large-scale data integration and visualization
• Bioinformatics and computational systems biology for cancer precision medicine
o Single-cell RNA-seq data analysis and modeling
o Epigenomic and transcriptomic data analysis and modeling
o Transcriptional regulation and gene co-expression in cancers
o Multi-scale systems modeling of disease progression
o Computational modeling of intracellular signaling and cell-cell interaction using single cell omics data
